So, who am I and am I qualified to share about food freedom? Here is my before and after. How did the changes occur? Habit change, learning to listen to my body and learning to eat clean. I've lost 25 pounds and kept if off for over 4 years. I'm healthier now as a mom with 2 kids than I was 20 years ago!  

Because my transformation was so life changing, I felt called to become a certified holistic health and life coach {the two are very connected, you know ~ health and life!} through the Health Coach Institute. Through my education, we learned about the power of habit change. Change is possible for you too, friend! I don't believe in behavior modification, but in habit change.
