I’m Melissa, a Certified Life and Holistic Health Coach specializing in helping moms reclaim their lives from the fatigue, excess weight, and feelings of frustration and stress that are so common today! I blend life and health coaching specifically to help women lose weight, experience thriving health, and discover faith in themselves and their lives!  

I know you're struggling because I've been right where you are! When my children were small, I was completely overwhelmed in my life. I wanted to be an amazing, do-it-all parent, but didn't have the tools or strategies in place to raise my children in a way I was called to, which led me to feel stuck, frustrated, and doubting myself.  

In the meantime, I felt so busy going about the daily grind, I didn’t have anything to show for it in my life. Everything felt empty. Including me. I ate mindlessly yet dreaded cooking and mealtimes because I hated how I looked and felt. I associated food with guilt and failure, which is crazy because food is how we nourish and fuel our bodies!  

I felt so alone that I began seeing a life coach to get myself unstuck, and I also began seeking out other mom groups for mom support, and I realized I wasn't alone!  

So many women feel lost in their lives as mothers because we don’t have the support we need to thrive! Because we feel lost, so many of us live as martyrs to mommyhood - we put ourselves last, we overeat or undereat, overexercise or underexercise, try to be perfect or get stuck on the couch…  

I learned how to change my entire outlook on food and faith. I found faith in myself to get healthy because I’m worth more than feeling exhausted and stuck on the couch.  

I created plans to move forward in my life and discover what I needed to feel fulfilled while tossing aside the "busy work" that kept me stuck and sad.  

Because of the support and assistance, I got from my own life coach, I became passionate about helping other moms live their best life. I got certified as a Life and Holistic Health Coach through the Health Coach Institute. Now, I’m committed to helping other mamas learn how to thrive physically and emotionally by redefining their relationship with food and rediscovering their faith!
