Meet Melissa.

Hi, I’m Melissa Rohlfs ~ a certified holistic health and life coach, author, Jesus-loving mom of two, and founder of Free 2 B Coaching.


For over a decade, I’ve helped women and teen girls break free from the food struggle, find peace in their bodies, and rediscover who they are in Christ ~ beyond the chaos, the comparison, and the overwhelm.


But before I ever coached others, I lived it. I walked through emotional eating, burnout, body image battles, faith fatigue, people-pleasing, stress, and overwhelm. I know what it’s like to look like you’re holding it all together… while secretly falling apart.

That’s why I created Coffee + Conversations ~ not to give you another thing to do, but to offer a sacred space to pause, process, and be poured into.

When are the calls?

Calls are at 10 am AZ time on the following dates ~

Can’t make it live? No worries ~ replays will be available.


If there’s enough interest, I’ll open an evening group so everyone has a chance to join.


Please note ~ AZ does not join in daylight savings time so the times will change for those outside of AZ based on when daylight savings takes place.

How much time will this take?

The live session is about 1 hour/month, and you’ll need about 5–10 minutes a day to implement your new, life-giving habits.
