Living off of lattes because I felt like that was when someone was doing something for me, instead of me doing everything for everyone else. I know you can have this freedom too!

About Melissa

Melissa Rohlfs is a faith-filled mama of two who was once stuck, frustrated and completely overwhelmed as a mama. She realized she didn't have the tools or strategies she needed to raise her kids in the way she felt called to. As a result, Melissa went to all the moms' groups she could, read several parenting books, and started seeing a life coach. It was a PTSD diagnosis for her when her children were little that caused her to re-evaluate every area of her life, and pursue holistic health and healing.  

Because of the equipping she received from these various places, she felt called to become a certified life and holistic health coach through the Health Coach Institute. Through her education, she learned about the power of habit change and really getting to the why behind certain behaviors. She doesn't believe in behavior modification, but in habit change.  

Melissa helps busy moms eliminate anxiety, overwhelm and self-doubt so they can feel calm and confident as they into the fulfilling life they deserve by equipping and empowering them with the tools they need. She helps women learn how to manage their emotions so they can kick sugar cravings, stop stress eating and be calm and confident.
